MAINE CONSERVATION VOTERS
During the 129th legislative session (2019-2020) which adjourned early due to the pandemic, Rep. Daughtry voted to promote clean energy, voted for the Land for Maine’s Future Bond, and to ban single use plastic bags and polystyrene foam containers. She was the lead sponsor of a successful bill to ban toxic coal tar sealants (LD 906), an effort she began in 2014, a testament to her tenacity.
